Tui Na Therapeutic Massage Course

We are extremely pleased to announce that our new Tui Na Massage course has received its formal accreditation from The Acupuncture Society!

​

Tui Na is one of the 'Four Pillars' of Chinese medicine, standing alongside acupuncture, herbal medicine and qi gong. It is a highly versatile treatment modality giving practitioners the tools they need to treat and address a wide variety of health conditions, ranging from musculoskeletal pain, neurological conditions (headaches & migraines)internal conditions such digestive problems, to mental-emotional problems such as insomnia, depression and anxiety. It can also be used for general relaxation, revitalisation and overall maintenance of health and well being.

This course is open to existing Chinese medicine practitioners, acupuncturists, and other healthcare professionals such as osteopaths, physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors and doctors. 

​

The course is taught by Christopher Ross, and brings together his knowledge of Tui Na gained through his initial training in the U.K. and China, further CPD courses and over 13 years of clinical practice using Tui Na. The course will be taught over a 6-month period, on Sundays from our peaceful private clinic in North London.

This exciting and interesting course covers all key aspects of Chinese medicine theory, anatomy & physiology, acupuncture channels and points, as well as Tui Na techniques and manipulations, and their clinical applications. Successful graduates of this course are eligible for full membership of The Acupuncture Society and can obtain practice indemnity insurance from Holistic Insurance Services. To view the syllabus, timetable and general information, please refer to our Information Pack, HERE!

Course Information

​

Fees for this course are £1500. A non-refundable 10% deposit of £150 is payable upon registration. Payment for the outstanding balance of the fees can be made in instalments.  

​

A discount of 10% will be applied for all students who wish to pay the course fee as a single, lump-sum payment.

Teaching will take place on Sundays as per the provisional time-table unless otherwise stated, and will take place from 10am to 3.30pm with a break for lunch. Light refreshments, water, tea, coffee will be available on teaching days. Places for this course are limited, so please contact us via email to register your interest or enrol on the course.

Cancellations and Refunds

 

  • All deposits are non-refundable. If a student withdraws from the course prior to the start, any fees already paid, NOT including deposits will be refunded in full.

  • If a student withdraws from the course within 30 calendar days after starting the course, fees will be refunded at 50%.

  • If a student withdraws more than 30 calendar days after starting the course, there will be no refund on any fees paid.
